Brake Service for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Vehicles
-Canton NC, near Asheville and Waynesville-
Ken Wilson Ford is proud to announce the Lifetime Brake Pad Guarantee. Customers purchasing a Motorcraft Brake Service will be provided no-cost replacement Motorcraft Brakes for the life of their vehicle!
How does it work?
- Bring your Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury vehicle in for a complete Motorcraft Brake Service, which includes Motorcraft brake pads or shoes, as well as either resurfacing or replacement of brake rotors. Congratulations, you just recieved the Lifetime Brake Pad Guarantee for as long as you own that vehicle!
- Your Service Advisor will present you with a Customer Certificate with your repair order.
- The next time you need your brakes serviced, bring a copy of that repair order. (Don't worry - if you lose it, we can look up your vehicle by its VIN)
- Our service technicians will inspect your brake pads, and if at least one of the brake pads has been worn to less than 3mm, you'll get replacement pads or shoes at no cost!
What is not included?
This program only covers the parts cost for the brake pads or shoes. You'll still pay for labor for installation, as well as for resurfacing or replacement of rotors.
Is this a good value?
The recommended maintenance interval for brake service is usually around every 25,000 and 35,000 miles, or about once every two or three years. If you plan on owning your vehicle for even five years, you're likely to need your brakes serviced at least twice, but possibly three or four times.
To give you an idea of the value of this program, consider this: a single front brake pad for a 2013 Ford Escape costs $63 MRSP (as of July 2, 2014). Even with the cost of labor and rotors, this is a huge savings over the lifetime of the vehicle.
Plus, when you purchase a Motorcraft Brake Service at Ken Wilson Ford, you know that you're getting the right parts installed by the right people. Motorcraft parts are the officially recommended parts for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Vehicles, and our technicians are factory-trained and certified to work on Ford vehicles.
Do Commercial Vehicles qualify?
Commercial vehicles are eligible other than the following exclusions: program does not apply to taxi, limousine, postal, police, tow trucks, racing, or emergency vehicles.
At the end of the day, what it comes down to is this:
We value your business.
With your purchase of a Motorcraft Brake Service from Ken Wilson Ford, replacement Motorcraft Brake Pads will be provided at no-cost for as long as you own your vehicle.
This is our commitment to reduce the price of any future brake service for your Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle.
